Four ways in

Stay. Sail. Drive. Own.

Four parts of one business. Book a villa and the boat, the car and the driver all arrive from the same office — and if you would rather be on the other side of the ledger, we run the whole thing for you.

Who we are

A Mombasa team that actually turns up.

We are a Mombasa-based holiday letting and asset-management company. We look after beachfront villas, yachts and vehicles along the Kenyan coast so owners earn without the headache — and guests arrive to something genuinely ready.

The coast is full of beautiful houses that nobody is looking after. Ours are inspected before every arrival, staffed by people we employ and train, and backed by a maintenance schedule rather than a phone call at eleven at night. That is the whole proposition, and it is harder than it sounds.

Vetted, inspected, insured

Every property, boat and vehicle on our books is checked by our own team before it is ever listed.

One point of contact

Your itinerary, your driver, your chef and your boat — arranged and answered by one person.

Transparent money

Published rates, itemised extras, and monthly statements for owners that actually reconcile.

Answered in minutes

A WhatsApp line that a human replies to, seven days a week, from 7am to 10pm.

How it works

One coast. One team.
Four things we do properly.

01 — Stay

Tell us who is coming and when

We shortlist three or four houses that genuinely fit — not the whole catalogue. Every one has been walked by our team, and we will tell you plainly which is the better value and why. Staff, utilities and Wi-Fi are in the rate; you pay for food at cost.

  • Beachfront and garden villas from KSh 9,500
  • Chef, housekeeper and security included
  • Inspected before every single arrival
Villas & Holiday Homes
02 — Sail

Add the water, and we handle the tides

Sunset dhows out of Mombasa, a flybridge cruiser from Kilifi, big-game days off Watamu. Licensed skippers, insured boats, lunch cooked aboard. We watch the forecast and will move your day rather than take you out in a bad sea.

  • Private charters from KSh 12,000 per head
  • Sailfish season November to March
  • Child life jackets on every vessel
Yachts & Boat Charters
03 — Drive

A driver who already knows where you are going

Meet-and-greet at Moi International with a name board, flights tracked so a delay costs you nothing, and a vehicle matched to the route — an E-Class for the tarmac, a Prado for Tsavo. Self-drive available with a valid licence.

  • Airport transfers from KSh 6,000
  • Chauffeur, fuel and insurance included
  • Free delivery in Mombasa and Diani
Luxury Car Hire
04 — Own

Or hand us the keys and let it earn

We list, market, vet guests, employ the staff and maintain the building. You get a monthly statement, blackout dates whenever you want the house, and 75–80% of net rental. Most owners move from under 15% occupancy to between 55% and 70% in the first year.

  • 20–25% commission, no joining fee
  • Monthly owner statements that reconcile
  • 90-day notice, either direction

For owners

Your second home is an asset.
Right now it is a liability.

Most holiday homes on this coast earn nothing for eleven months of the year, and cost money in all twelve. Our managed programme changes that without turning your house into a hotel.

Photography & listing

Shot properly, listed on our own channels plus Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.

Staff & payroll

Recruited, trained, paid and supervised by us — with NSSF and NHIF handled.

Preventive maintenance

A schedule, not a panic call. Salt air is dealt with before it becomes a repair.

Monthly statements

Every shilling in and out, with owner blackout dates whenever you want the house.

In their words

Guests, owners, and one slightly sceptical buyer

“We have rented on this coast for years and always ended up chasing someone about water or power. Kesho House was simply ready — staff briefed, fridge stocked, the chef already knew my daughter is coeliac. That is the whole difference.”

Amara Mwangangi
Amara Mwangangi Family holiday, 8 guests · Nairobi, Kenya

“My house in Nyali sat empty for four years. Coast Holiday Lettings took it on in March; it has been let 63% of nights since, and I get a statement on the first of every month that actually reconciles. I have stopped worrying about it, which was the point.”

James Whitfield
James Whitfield Villa owner, managed programme · London, UK

“We put eighteen clients on the dhow for a sunset sail and it was the thing everyone talked about for the rest of the conference. Organised entirely over WhatsApp in two days.”

Questions we get
every week

If yours is not here, send it over — we answer WhatsApp faster than email, and both faster than most.

Send an enquiry or hit Book Now on any listing. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send a secure invoice — 30% to hold the dates, the balance 14 days before arrival. Nothing is charged automatically online.
Full refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival, 50% between 30 and 14 days, and no refund inside 14 days. Peak season (18 December – 5 January) requires 60 days’ notice for a full refund. We will always try to move dates instead of cancelling.
Yes. Every villa rate includes the house staff, water, power, gas and Wi-Fi. Food is not included — your chef will shop for you and you settle the receipts, which works out far cheaper than a catered rate.
Yes, from Moi International (Mombasa), Ukunda, Malindi and Lamu. We meet you with a name board, track the flight, and there is no charge for delays. Book it with your stay and it is waiting when you land.
Both are available. Self-drive requires a valid licence held for two years and a passport or ID copy. For game parks or the road north of Malindi we strongly recommend a driver-guide — it is KSh 5,000 a day and removes most of the friction.
Ready when you are

We will do the rest.
