Kesho House — Diani Beachfront Villa

Your holiday fully managed. Villas in Diani and Watamu, yachts out of Kilifi, cars with drivers who know the road — looked after by one Mombasa team, from the first message to the last checkout.
Four parts of one business. Book a villa and the boat, the car and the driver all arrive from the same office — and if you would rather be on the other side of the ledger, we run the whole thing for you.
We are a Mombasa-based holiday letting and asset-management company. We look after beachfront villas, yachts and vehicles along the Kenyan coast so owners earn without the headache — and guests arrive to something genuinely ready.
The coast is full of beautiful houses that nobody is looking after. Ours are inspected before every arrival, staffed by people we employ and train, and backed by a maintenance schedule rather than a phone call at eleven at night. That is the whole proposition, and it is harder than it sounds.
Every property, boat and vehicle on our books is checked by our own team before it is ever listed.
Your itinerary, your driver, your chef and your boat — arranged and answered by one person.
Published rates, itemised extras, and monthly statements for owners that actually reconcile.
A WhatsApp line that a human replies to, seven days a week, from 7am to 10pm.

A three-bedroom garden villa in old Nyali, eight minutes from the beach and fifteen from Mombasa’s Old Town.
A light, barefoot three-bedroom house sixty metres from Turtle Bay, built for swimming, reading and not much else.
A restored four-storey coral-rag house in Shela village with a rooftop dining terrace over the dunes.
A 42ft flybridge motor yacht with skipper and crew for a full day on the Indian Ocean.
Two and a half hours on a traditional lateen-rigged dhow through the Old Port, with canapés and a bar.
We shortlist three or four houses that genuinely fit — not the whole catalogue. Every one has been walked by our team, and we will tell you plainly which is the better value and why. Staff, utilities and Wi-Fi are in the rate; you pay for food at cost.
Sunset dhows out of Mombasa, a flybridge cruiser from Kilifi, big-game days off Watamu. Licensed skippers, insured boats, lunch cooked aboard. We watch the forecast and will move your day rather than take you out in a bad sea.
Meet-and-greet at Moi International with a name board, flights tracked so a delay costs you nothing, and a vehicle matched to the route — an E-Class for the tarmac, a Prado for Tsavo. Self-drive available with a valid licence.
We list, market, vet guests, employ the staff and maintain the building. You get a monthly statement, blackout dates whenever you want the house, and 75–80% of net rental. Most owners move from under 15% occupancy to between 55% and 70% in the first year.
Five hundred kilometres of coastline, nine bases, and a reasonably strong opinion about which one suits you.
Most holiday homes on this coast earn nothing for eleven months of the year, and cost money in all twelve. Our managed programme changes that without turning your house into a hotel.
Shot properly, listed on our own channels plus Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.
Recruited, trained, paid and supervised by us — with NSSF and NHIF handled.
A schedule, not a panic call. Salt air is dealt with before it becomes a repair.
Every shilling in and out, with owner blackout dates whenever you want the house.
“We have rented on this coast for years and always ended up chasing someone about water or power. Kesho House was simply ready — staff briefed, fridge stocked, the chef already knew my daughter is coeliac. That is the whole difference.”
“My house in Nyali sat empty for four years. Coast Holiday Lettings took it on in March; it has been let 63% of nights since, and I get a statement on the first of every month that actually reconciles. I have stopped worrying about it, which was the point.”
“We put eighteen clients on the dhow for a sunset sail and it was the thing everyone talked about for the rest of the conference. Organised entirely over WhatsApp in two days.”
